Jake/E9321 Engineer attended quickly. Polite and friendly. Happy to provide solutions and advice. Left all areas clean and tidy. Really good to have a tv that works properly. Lovely man fixed the problem/problems took him longer as he had to keep testing different parts made sure everything was working correctly before leaving would recommend without a doubt
Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Prompt engineers work hard to get the equipment installed quickly and its a top rate job Prices are also extremely competitive. 10/10 really satisfied.
